Bisi Fannoh is the creator and Executive Producer of Africa In Demand. Prior to starting Africa in Demand Bisi loved event planning and started her first company BC Entertainment and Talent Showcase, with only $500 to produce her first event she was able to bring in about 10,000 in profit, not bad for her first Fashion showcase.
Bisi graduated with a degree in Film and television production and a minor in Acting from the University of Houston in Houston TX, While attending the university, she joined the Student program Board serving as special events chairperson and later became the president of the student programming board for the university. In her time there she produced several events that incorporated the whole student body as well as produced the first radio talk show that interacted with the student body.
Bisi's love grew from that point, and since then she had the vision to start her show focused on showcasing and promoting a positive image of Africa, its people places, and things. Bisi has produced several events such as the Beauty of Africa Calendar Competition, African Designer, and Model Showcase. Bisi has hosted several African artists who have performed in the DMV from the infamous duo Peter and Paul of Psquare, Banky W, Wande Cole, Nato C, Ikechukwu. Bisi has also had the privilege to interview the likes of Yvonne Orji, Ramsey Noah, and many more.
In 2010 Bisi was also privileged to be invited to the Nigerian embassy to interview then-president Jonathan Good Luck and represented the young Africans in the Diaspora. Bisi is a mother, a wife, and a God-fearing woman who believes it is never too late to follow your dreams, pursue your passions, and live your best life ever while walking in your purpose.
